Annual Dues

Late last year, following a thorough due diligence process, the board hired Mark Management (state certified CAM) to advise the board and manage general legal and operational requirements of the Association.  This action was taken as a precautionary measure due to dwindling HOA volunteers for Board and ARB positions.  The Board retains responsibility for oversight and ongoing management.

In July, the board voted to expand the professional services relationship with Mark Management by leveraging their ability to invoice, collect and report on annual dues payments.  The Board will continue to retain financial oversight of the community.

We are rolling out this new annual dues collection service in September for the 2022 Dues Payments, so expect an introductory letter in the mail as well as an invoice with the 2022 dues payment.  Payments are still able to be made online (bill pay, eCheck, etc.) or via US Mail.

Maintenance at Front Entrance
July 2022
Recently maintenance was completed at the front entrance, please be sure to thank Simon for making this happen. The stucco on the back of North marquee sign had large cracks in it, which was professionally assessed as the cause of efflorescence on the entrance sign and tiles. McDonalds Masonry removed the old stucco, waterproofed the wall, and repainted the wall the match the existing color.

Per the Country Downs HOA covenants and restrictions, the parking or storage of commercial vehicles, landscape trailers, boats, boat trailers, buses, RV's, campers, trailers, etc. are strictly prohibited and the Board enforces these C&R violations stringently.  

There are a number of affordable options for storage locally, including Park 4 Dayz Storage and Self Storage of Lake Mary. Thank you for your compliance.
