For residents looking to have their sidewalks and driveways pressure washed and treated, the Association has contracted with Marlins Pressure Washing for over a decade to maintain the brick wall and sidewalk along Country Club.

Per the Country Downs HOA covenants and restrictions, the parking or storage of commercial vehicles, landscape trailers, boats, boat trailers, buses, RV's, campers, trailers, etc. are strictly prohibited and the Board enforces these C&R violations stringently.

There are a number of affordable options for storage locally, including Park 4 Dayz Storage and Self Storage of Lake Mary. Thank you for your compliance.
