A brief buyer introduction should be prepared and submitted with the estoppel, and a copy of the Covenants & Restrictions downloaded and provided to the buyer by the title company. In particular, the community strictly enforces prohibitions on parking any commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, campers or RV's in the neighborhood.
